wifi issues

dirty towels

i was utterly dissapointed, the wifi was non-existent and i cant understand how a 3-star hotel can have such horrible breakfast options. also, i felt it was ridiculous that no one even offered a room upgrade for all the noise from the nearby mosques. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. ,

The hotel is quite old and has become run down, with several maintenance issues—like leaking toilets, broken door locks, and water supply interruptions. The TV had limited channels, and the room condition appeared neglected, with stained towels and sheets.

a warm and friendly hotel near amman's airport with refreshing poolside snacks

Comfy hotel with very friendly staff. They offered us free bottled water every day, which was a lovely touch. The pool was a refreshing oasis after a long travel day.

The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like the Dead Sea and Mount Nebo. The staff is remarkably friendly and always willing to help. The room I stayed in was a good size, making it comfortable for a budget traveler.

Recommend it for families

The staff was really friendly and they let us keep our room longer for only a little extra money which was perfect since we had to leave for the airport later. The room we had overlooked the pool, which was refreshing after a hot day.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for a family on vacation.
